Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling and Purchasing Coordinator to join a dynamic team. This role blends customer service focus with procurement responsibilities to keep projects running smoothly.

You will schedule jobs, manage purchasing to secure best prices, and collaborate with Production, Estimating, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless project experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• CSR experience required.
• 2+ years in purchasing and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs and promptly notify customers of scheduled dates.
• Ensure adequate hourly resources to meet monthly revenue goals.
• Manage purchasing by obtaining products at the best price and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels for sold projects aligned with schedule dates.
• Collaborate with Production Manager and Estimating teams to resolve layout and parts issues that could delay production.
• Work closely with Sales, Estimating, and Customer Service teams to provide a seamless project experience from start to finish.
