Job summary

UF Health seeks a Manager of Scheduling & Pre-Service to oversee centralized scheduling and pre-arrival readiness across hospital and ambulatory services. You will drive daily operations, ensure accuracy, and partner with clinical operations, revenue cycle, and technology teams to remove barriers and improve patient access and experience.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and a track record of implementing workflow improvements in patient access environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of revenue cycle, patient access, scheduling, pre-registration, or related healthcare operations experience, including supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of centralized scheduling and pre-service for hospital and ambulatory services.
• Lead team huddles and coordinate across departments to ensure service standards and productivity.
• Coach staff, manage performance, and drive reliable team execution.
• Implement workflow changes, automation initiatives, and digital tools with focus on adoption and issue resolution.
• Deliver training and operational updates; monitor outcomes with analytics tools.
