The-Urology-Group is seeking a Manager of Patient Access and Surgery Scheduling Operations to lead centralized call center and scheduling functions. You will oversee staffing, workflow design, and service quality to improve access and patient experience.

Responsibilities include standardizing processes, ensuring timely appointments, and driving performance improvements across the team while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient communication standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience leading call centers, patient access, or scheduling teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, patient service standards, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations through supervisors, ensuring staffing, coverage, and service levels.
• Standardize workflows from scheduling requests to confirmation and patient communication.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements for access and scheduling.
• Maintain compliance with facility requirements, payer rules, and privacy standards.
