The Director of Scheduling & Pre-Service provides enterprise-wide leadership over centralized scheduling and pre-arrival readiness for hospital and ambulatory services, including appointment accuracy, pre-registration completeness and proactive patient outreach prior to date of service. This leader is accountable for defining and executing the scheduling and pre-service operating model to deliver a consistent access experience and reduce downstream disruption, cancellations, and avoidable rework. The Director partners with clinical operations, utilization management, revenue cycle leaders, strategic business partners, and technology teams to streamline workflows, enable digital self-service and automation and strengthen handoffs that support clean-claim performance, compliance and enterprise standardization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of revenue cycle leadership experience.
