The Manager of Scheduling & Pre-Service oversees the daily operations of centralized scheduling and pre-arrival readiness for hospital and ambulatory services, including appointment accuracy, pre-registration completeness, work queue management, and proactive patient outreach prior to date of service. This leader is accountable for ensuring that established workflows, service standards, productivity expectations, and quality controls are consistently executed by the team. The Manager partners with clinical operations, utilization management, revenue cycle leaders, strategic business partners, and technology teams to resolve operational barriers, support standard work, strengthen handoffs, and improve day-to-day performance that supports patient access, clean-claim outcomes, compliance, and a consistent patient experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle, patient access, scheduling, pre-registration, or related healthcare operations.
