Genesis HealthCare is seeking a qualified payroll and scheduling professional for our nursing center in Sandia Heights, NM. You will serve as the primary contact for employee scheduling, timekeeping and payroll, balancing staffing needs with financial performance.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare or long-term care, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. You will lead the Labor Management Team, use software to control overtime and agency spend, and ensure staffing levels meet HPPD targets

Qualifications

• Five+ years in healthcare or long-term care with scheduling, timekeeping, or payroll.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll.
• Balance staffing needs, schedule preferences, and financial performance.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining HPPD and budget.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize labor performance against KPIs.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
