Job summary

You will serve as the primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll, balancing staffing needs with budget targets while using software to cut overtime and agency spend.

This role requires at least five years in healthcare payroll or scheduling and a related bachelor's degree, with opportunities for growth and impact

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in healthcare or long-term care payroll/scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing center labor spend and process payroll per policy.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll needs.
• Balance staffing needs with budget and financial performance.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while controlling HPPD and salary costs.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize clinical, financial and HR outcomes.
• Maintain consistent nursing staff coverage.
