Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a payroll and labor management-focused professional to manage the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll in line with policy.

You will serve as the main contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll, balance staffing with budget targets, and lead the Labor Management Team to improve KPI-driven outcomes. A background in healthcare payroll is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in healthcare or long-term care with payroll-related experience.
• Scheduling, timekeeping, or payroll experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll.
• Balance staffing needs with employee schedule preferences and financial performance.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining HPPD and salary expense.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize clinical, financial and HR operating results.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
