PowerBack Rehabilitation in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced Labor/HR Coordinator to serve as the primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll, ensuring staffing aligns with budget and patient care needs.

You will lead Labor Management Team to optimize clinical, financial, and HR outcomes, maintain adequate staff coverage, and collaborate with leadership to minimize overtime and agency spend while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in healthcare or long-term care, with scheduling, timekeeping, or payroll.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll.
• Balance staffing needs with budget and patient care goals.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining HPPD and salary expenses.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize labor, clinical and HR operating results.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
