Genesis in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a payroll and labor management professional to oversee the nursing center's labor spend and payroll processing in line with policy.

You will serve as the primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll needs; balance staffing with financial performance; minimize overtime and agency spend using software; lead Labor Management Team to optimize KPI-driven outcomes; ensure continuous nursing staff coverage.

Formación

• Five+ years of experience in healthcare or long-term care with payroll, scheduling or timekeeping.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, psychology or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control labor spend and process payroll per policy.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll needs.
• Balance staffing with patient care and financial performance.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining budget and HPPD.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize clinical, financial and HR results.
• Maintain continuous nursing staff coverage.
