Qualifications

• Five plus years of healthcare or long-term care experience in payroll, scheduling, or timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and payroll.
• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll.
• Balance staffing needs with financial performance and budget.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining HPPD and salary expense.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize clinical, financial and HR outcomes.
• Ensure continuous nursing staff coverage.
