You will coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll for all employees, balance staffing with budget, and lead the Labor Management Team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare payroll experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, timekeeping and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll per policies.
• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll.
• Balance staffing needs with financial performance and budget limits.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining HPPD and salary expenses.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize KPI-driven labor performance.
