You will balance staffing needs with budget, minimize overtime, and lead the Labor Management Team to improve clinical, financial and HR outcomes, while maintaining full staff coverage.

A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field and 5+ years in healthcare payroll or scheduling are preferred; competitive benefits and career growth

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in healthcare or long-term care with payroll/scheduling
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, psychology or related field

Responsibilities

• In this position you will manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll according to policies.
• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll needs.
• Balance staffing with financial performance and budget targets.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize clinical, financial and HR outcomes.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
