Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Central Austin, TX, is seeking a Scheduling Manager who reports to the Operating Director and works with the Recruiting Manager to keep the office running smoothly. The role emphasizes scheduling, administrative support, and operational coordination in a busy, client-focused environment.

You will share on-call duties, oversee caregiver staffing decisions, and coordinate client and caregiver schedules using AxisCare while upholding company standards and state compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; may substitute education with experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; state auto insurance proof may be needed.
• Minimum two years’ admin/management experience in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregivers, including hiring and termination.
• Schedule client and caregiver appointments via AxisCare.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• Support intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home consultations.
• Adhere to operating standards and state-specific compliance.
• Periodically manage after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
