Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is an in-home care provider serving seniors with a growing footprint across multiple states. We seek a Scheduling Manager to partner with the Recruiting Manager and Operating Director, handling caregiver management, scheduling, and essential office operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience as administrator or managing sales, customer service, and HR in an office.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Experience coordinating schedules and working with frontline staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management, including hiring and terminating as needed.
• Schedule client and caregiver calendars using AxisCare software.
• Provide general office and operational support to the Operating Director.
• Support intake and in-home assessments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits.
• Ensure compliance with operating standards and state requirements.
• Share on-call responsibilities for after-hours schedule changes.
