Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Manager to support the Operating Director and Recruiting Manager. This exempt role focuses on caregiver management, scheduling via AxisCare, and office operations in the North Milwaukee, WI area.

The position involves on-call responsibilities, customer service excellence, and compliance with state requirements. Travel is limited; high-paced environment with emphasis on reliability and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates and/or Bachelors degree; may substitute degree with education/experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR functions within an office setting.
• Valid driver’s license and state auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire and terminate caregivers as needed.
• Scheduling: manage client and caregiver schedules using AxisCare.
• Office support: assist Operating Director with general operations.
• In-home assessments: support intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
