Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company serving seniors with a growing footprint across the United States. The Scheduling Manager will work closely with the Recruiting Manager and report to the Operating Director to support scheduling, administration, and on-call needs.

The role entails caregiver hiring/termination, client/caregiver scheduling, and ensuring high-quality service while complying with state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute with education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid state auto insurance proof.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management including hiring/terminating as needed.
• Schedule client and caregiver shifts via AxisCare software.
• Provide general office support to the Operating Director.
• Assist with in-home assessments and client satisfaction.
