Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Scheduling Manager to support the Operating Director with scheduling, administrative duties, and office operations. The role includes sharing on-call responsibilities and managing caregiver performance.

The position requires coordinating client and caregiver schedules via AxisCare, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining compliance with company standards. This is an exempt, full-time role based in Owensboro with limited travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree or combo with experience acceptable.
• Minimum two years’ experience in admin, sales, customer service, or HR within an office setting.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance proof are required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management including hiring/terminations.
• Scheduling client and caregiver calendars using AxisCare.
• Provide general office support to the Operating Director.
• Assist with in-home assessments and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits.
• Adhere to operating standards and state compliance requirements.
• Handle after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes as needed.
