Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Scheduling Manager who reports to the Operating Director. The role focuses on scheduling, administrative support, and on-call coverage to ensure smooth office operations.

You will supervise caregivers, manage client and caregiver schedules with AxisCare, participate in intakes, and help maintain compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; substitution with education/experience possible.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance proof required.
• Experience in office administration or scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management, including hiring and terminations as needed.
• Scheduling client and caregiver calendars in AxisCare.
• Provide general office support to the Operating Director.
• Assist with intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to visits.
• Adhere to company standards and state compliance requirements.
• Periodically manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
