You'll be the client's onsite partner, working in close partnership with the account manager as one of the faces of HireArt, helping the client achieve their goals. A strong worker experience is a big part of how you'll get there, through thoughtful onboarding, training, support, and engagement.
As An Operations Site Lead, You’ll

- Support new and emerging client sites remotely and through occasional onsite visits.
- Manage worker performance, behavior, and attendance on the client's behalf through coaching, feedback, performance reviews, documentation, and termination, as needed.
- Ensure first-day readiness by sharing first-day details with new hires, then welcoming them onsite and providing orientation support.
- Track and report on program health, including headcount, attendance, and retention, and share insights and recommendations with the client.
- Field and resolve payroll, timesheet, PTO, benefits, and other worker inquiries via Zendesk, Slack, in-person, and phone while meeting all internal response and resolution SLAs.
- Implement and own scalable program processes and resources, using automation and AI tools where they help, that balance client policies, procedures, and satisfaction with a positive worker experience.
- Guide the development of worker engagement and support initiatives that improve retention and productivity.
You’ll be successful in this role if you can:
- Work in a highly autonomous and high-trust environment, using effective time management and prioritization skills to your advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a highly effective and professional manner across levels, including with client leadership.
- Hold workers accountable to client standards while treating every person with compassion, empathy, respect, and kindness.
- Tactfully and confidently provide constructive feedback and handle difficult conversations.
- Anticipate needs, think critically about business issues, and make thoughtful recommendations quickly and efficiently.
- Spot repetitive or manual work and find ways to simplify, innovate, and automate it.
