Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Manager to support scheduling, administration, and operations. You will work with the Recruiting Manager and report to the Operating Director, sharing on-call responsibilities with fellow managers to ensure smooth client and caregiver services.

The role emphasizes caregiver oversight, shift planning, and high-quality client care in a fast-paced home-care office environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates/Bachelor degree preferred; equivalent combination acceptable.
• Minimum two years’ experience as administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR in an office setting.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Valid state proof of auto insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Caregiver management: hire and terminate caregivers as needed.
• Scheduling: manage client and caregiver schedules via AxisCare.
• On-call: share on-call duties with other managers.
• General office support to the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist with intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: adhere to operating standards and state requirements.
