Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Manager to support the office and leadership team in Des Moines, IA. You will manage caregiver staff, oversee client and caregiver schedules, and participate in on-call coverage to ensure smooth operations and high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration and scheduling is required.
• Proven ability to hire, onboard, and manage frontline staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver recruitment, scheduling, and terminations.
• Coordinate client and caregiver schedules using AxisCare.
• Share on-call responsibilities with other managers.
• Provide general administrative support to Operating Director.
