Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Scheduling Manager to oversee caregiver staffing, client scheduling, and day-to-day office operations. You will manage on-call duties and support the Operating Director with intake assessments and client satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent as minimum education
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute degree with education/experience
• Minimum two years' experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR in an office setting
• Valid driver's license and state auto insurance proof

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management including hiring and termination
• Scheduling client and caregiver rosters via AxisCare
• On-call management for client, caregiver, and referral calls
• General office support to Operating Director
• In-home assessments and intakes to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide high-quality client service from phone to in-home visits
• Ensure compliance with operating standards and state requirements
