Cornerstone Caregiving in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead caregiver scheduling, onboarding, and on-call coordination within a fast-paced office.

This full-time role reports to the Operating Director, collaborates with the Recruiting Manager, and focuses on delivering high-quality client service, compliance with state requirements, and efficient office operations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates or Bachelor's degree; or combination with experience
• Minimum of two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR in an office
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid state-required proof of auto insurance

Aufgaben

• Caregiver management, including hiring and termination as needed.
• Scheduling client and caregiver schedules via AxisCare.
• On-call responsibilities management as calls are received.
• General office support to the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home consultations.
• Adhere to operating standards and state-specific compliance requirements.
