Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care/healthcare.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and after-hours on-call coverage.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance for home care.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure shifts are staffed.
• Compliance: Ensure office operations comply with state and federal regulations.
• Customer Service: Handle incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure shifts are staffed.
