Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an organized individual to manage schedules between clients and caregivers in our growing in-home care office. You will report to the local Operating Director and assist with growth and daily office management.

The role requires at least one year of experience in home care/healthcare and at least one year of recruiting experience. Equal opportunity employer with selective after-hours on-call duties.

• Experience coordinating schedules between clients and caregivers in home care/healthcare.
• Recruiting experience required, minimum 1 year.
• Interest in joining a growing office and company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules between clients and caregivers to ensure shifts are staffed.
• Ensure office compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide front-line customer service to prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Support the Operating Director with general administrative tasks.
• Rotate after-hours on-call phone coverage to maintain staffing.
