Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Scheduling Manager to join our Providence, RI Medicare certified Home Health Visits Office.

Responsibilities include providing superior customer service, coordinating client services and emergent scheduling issues, managing your client caseload, and building relationships with clients, referral sources and payors.

This role operates Monday–Friday with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits plan, including paid holidays, vacation and medical plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, Associates minimum.
• Experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus.
• Experience in medical office or home care preferred; supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
• Manage your Client caseload
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
• Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc.)
• Scheduling Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
