Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS is a plus.
• Experience in medical office or home care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Focus on referral management and processing referrals in a timely manner.
• Support the client services manager in coordination of client services and scheduling issues.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
• Develop strong relationships with the team and external parties.
• Support the team in fiscal management by monitoring metrics.
• Partner with the team and Clinical Managers to supervise field employees.
