Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Beverly, MA Office. This role focuses on coordinating client services, scheduling, and building relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.

The Client Services Manager will supervise and support field staff with Clinical Managers, manage a caseload, monitor metrics, and contribute to delivering compassionate, high-quality home health care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is strongly preferred.
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement).
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

BAYADA Offers:

• Base Salary: $50,000- $55,000 / year depending on qualifications
