Job summary

Mei Rigging & Crating Llc is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee rigging, crating and logistics planning. You will manage crews, equipment availability, and transportation timelines, coordinating with project managers, dispatchers, foremen, and customers to ensure on-time execution of field operations.

The role requires strong scheduling and project-management skills, excellent communication, and an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years scheduling experience in logistics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling team in developing and executing schedules that meet job requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate and schedule crews and equipment according to each job’s needs, including travel and load times.
• Manage the Sales and Operating Plan (S&OP) processes and related records weekly.
• Communicate job start/stop events to crews and dispatch to ensure alignment with customer deadlines.
• Prepare and organize paperwork for crews, equipment, safety, and project documentation.
