Job summary

Mei Rigging & Crating Llc is seeking a Project Manager to oversee assigned projects from quoting to close-out, coordinating schedules, staffing, and equipment. You will liaise with customers and lead cross-functional teams to meet contract scope and timelines on site in Chandler, AZ.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to travel and work with field crews across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years in machinery moving, construction or project management.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, monitor costs, and track project progress.
• Lead pre- and post-hand-off meetings with sales and operations.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets and change orders.
• Maintain project files and prepare status reports.
• Ensure safety and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Travel to client sites and supervise on-site crews.
