Job summary

Window Nation in Detroit is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage scheduling, documentation, and communication for residential window, siding, and door installations.

You will coordinate crews, track timelines, prepare work orders, update customers and internal teams, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

This role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM or job-management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of administrative, scheduling, or project coordination experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installations efficiently and confirm project readiness.
• Track materials, labor requirements, and installation timelines.
• Maintain accurate project records and update job statuses daily.
• Prepare work orders and required documentation for installation crews.
• Assign qualified crews based on project requirements and availability.
• Communicate project updates and estimated timelines to customers and internal teams.
• Resolve installation-related customer concerns.
• Collect payments and submit funding documentation for completed projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
