Michels Infrastructure Solutions, a leader in hyperscale data centers and mission-critical facilities, seeks a Scheduling Manager to drive scheduling strategy, baseline and recovery schedules, and critical path analysis across major projects.

You will partner with project management, controls, and engineering teams to ensure accurate planning, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery, while mentoring other schedulers and advancing scheduling standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline is required.
• 8+ years of scheduling, project controls, construction management, engineering, or project execution experience preferred.
• Experience developing and managing schedules for hyperscale data centers or large EPC projects is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling across hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects.
• Develop and maintain scheduling standards and reporting methodologies.
• Provide schedule-driven insights and executive reports throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor schedulers and promote consistent scheduling practices.
