Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of scheduling, project controls, construction management, or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and related PM tools; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling activities across large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement scheduling standards, best practices, procedures, and reporting methodologies.
• Manage baseline schedules, milestone schedules, recovery schedules, commissioning schedules, and schedule forecasts.
• Support project pursuits, preconstruction efforts, and execution planning through schedule development and analysis.
• Identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities with mitigation and recovery planning.
