Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. seeks a Scheduler to develop, maintain, and communicate schedules for large-scale data center and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure milestones are met, risks are managed, and decisions are data-driven.

Responsibilities include critical path analysis, progress tracking, and forecasting, with up to 50% travel. A PMP or PSP certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 5+ years scheduling, project controls, construction, or project management experience.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules for data center, industrial, mission-critical, infrastructure, EPC, or large commercial construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; Lean Construction knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules across planning, preconstruction, execution, and closeout.
• Collaborate with teams to establish WBS, sequencing, milestones, and schedule logic.
• Review plans, subcontractor schedules, procurement, and execution strategies to develop comprehensive schedules.
• Monitor progress, analyze performance, and identify delays, risks, and recovery opportunities.
• Support schedule updates, forecasting, look-ahead planning, and executive reporting.
• Provide schedule insights and recommendations to support delivery.
