Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to develop, maintain, and communicate schedules for large-scale data center and infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with project management, field operations, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and customers to build realistic execution plans and provide ongoing schedule visibility. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in scheduling or project controls, proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years scheduling or project controls experience.
• Experience creating schedules for data center, industrial, mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules across planning, preconstruction, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish work breakdown structures and schedule logic.
• Review plans and subcontractor schedules to build comprehensive project schedules.
• Monitor progress, analyze schedule performance, and identify delays and recovery opportunities.
• Support updates, look-ahead planning, and executive reporting.
• Provide schedule insights to support successful project delivery.
