Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling across large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects. You will develop execution strategies, manage schedules, and align stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, on-time delivery.

You will partner with project management, controls, procurement, engineering, and executive teams, overseeing schedule development from pursuit to turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years of scheduling, project controls, construction management, engineering, or project execution experience.
• Experience developing and managing schedules for hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling across multiple hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects.
• Develop and implement scheduling standards, procedures, and reporting.
• Manage baseline, milestone, recovery, and commissioning schedules.
• Support pursuits, preconstruction, and planning through schedule development.
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities; support mitigation and recovery planning.
• Provide leadership with schedule visibility, dashboards, and performance metrics.
