Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling across large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects. You will develop standards, manage various schedules, and provide insightful reporting to project leadership.

You will collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure safe, timely, and on-budget delivery. Strong scheduling expertise and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years scheduling/project controls experience preferred.
• Advanced understanding of construction sequencing, procurement workflows, commissioning activities, field operations, and project execution methodologies.
• Experience developing baseline, recovery, milestone, and schedule-ready documentation; strong CP analysis and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling across multiple hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects.
• Develop and implement scheduling standards, practices, and reporting methodologies.
• Manage baseline, milestone, recovery, and commissioning schedules; provide schedule-driven insights to project teams.
• Collaborate with PMs, superintendents, procurement, and engineering to validate execution plans.
