Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Schedule Coordinator to coordinate new installations and additions to customer accounts. You will monitor and adjust daily schedules, working with service managers, office staff, sales staff, field technicians, contractors, and customers to ensure timely and profitable projects.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (associate/bachelor preferred), at least two years in a similar role, and strong communication, organizational and scheduling software

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two+ years experience in a scheduling or coordination role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and recordkeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main liaison for sales staff, customers, and field technicians.
• Answer scheduling queries via email and phone.
• Rescheduling or canceling meetings in a timeous manner.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and demonstrate adaptability in an ever-changing environment.
• Coordination of Technicians, General Contractors, Property Management, and outside vendors as needed.
• Scheduling with customers and multiple teams of technicians for emergency services and scheduled repair jobs.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
