Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate/bachelor's is preferred.
• Two years of experience in a similar scheduling/coordination role.
• Advanced proficiency in scheduling software and recordkeeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison for service managers, customers, and field technicians.
• Answer scheduling queries via email and phone and reschedule as needed.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, and vendors for emergency and planned jobs.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines and adapt to changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
