Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Schedule Coordinator to manage new installations and additions to customer accounts. You will coordinate with service managers, office staff, sales staff, field technicians, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth, profitable projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or in an industry-related field preferred.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in scheduling software.
• Advanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, as well as recordkeeping practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main liaison for sales staff, customers, and field technicians.
• Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.
• Rescheduling or canceling meetings in a timely manner.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and demonstrate adaptability in an ever-changing environment.
• Coordination of Technicians, General Contractors, Property Management, and outside vendors as needed.
• Scheduling with customers and multiple teams of technicians for emergency services and scheduled repair jobs.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

The Schedule Coordinator is responsible for coordinating new installations and additions to customer accounts, they monitor and adjust the daily schedule as needed to complete the expected and upcoming work in the short term.
