Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety in Irving, TX is seeking a Schedule Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between service managers, customers, technicians, and vendors. You will oversee daily scheduling to ensure timely, profitable projects from start to finish.

This role requires strong communication, meticulous organization, and the ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines. A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred,

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar scheduling role.
• Advanced proficiency in scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main liaison for service manager, customers, and field technicians.
• Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.
• Rescheduling or canceling meetings in a timely manner.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to change.
• Coordination of Technicians, General Contractors, Property Management, and outside vendors as needed.
• Scheduling with customers and multiple teams of technicians for emergency services and scheduled repair jobs.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
