Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Schedule Coordinator to manage new installations and additions to customer accounts. You will monitor and adjust daily schedules to keep work on track and profitable from start to finish.

You will partner with sales, office staff, field technicians, contractors, and customers, handling scheduling queries, rescheduling, and coordinating technicians and outside vendors for emergency and planned repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years in a similar role preferred.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in scheduling software and recordkeeping practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main liaison for sales staff, customers, and field technicians.
• Answer scheduling queries via email and phone.
• Reschedule or cancel meetings in a timely manner.
• Coordinate technicians, general contractors, property management, and outside vendors as needed.
• Schedule with customers and multiple teams for emergency services and scheduled repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
