Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities will center around order entry and will be trained on all aspects of the CS role.
• Manage high-complexity projects within CRM from lead to PO and beyond; coordinate across teams.
• Engage flooring contractors, general contractors, architects, designers, and end users to ensure a great customer experience.
• Complete weekly tasks generated through CRM for customer accounts and opportunities.
• Recommend products for technical spaces and review take-offs and drawings when needed.
• Coordinate with customers on inventory and color changes, providing new samples as required.
• Work with the technical team to ensure mock-ups and sales trials are shipped promptly.
• Conduct weekly calls with Account Executives to review reports and update next actions.
