Job summary

American Carpet South is seeking a Sales Coordinator to own the front end of our Commercial sales process. You will manage lead intake, qualification, and routing, act as the first point of contact on phones and email, and keep quotes and orders moving toward installation.

The role emphasizes speed to lead, customer experience, and sales team productivity, with a focus on accurate dashboards and timely follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales support, customer service, order entry, or sales coordination.
• Fast, organized, and able to juggle phones, email, and a CRM at high volume.
• Clear, friendly communicator by phone and email.
• Working knowledge of Excel and CRM or database tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, qualification, and routing to the right salesperson.
• Maintain the leads and measures dashboard to reflect current status.
• Follow up on product selections, quotes, and final payments to move jobs forward.
