Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Masterful scheduling using WellSky/ClearCare to staff shifts with urgency.
• Build relationships with Care Pros and monitor loyalty.
• Review care plans and ensure accurate payroll-related hours.
• Greet visitors and support office operations on-site.
• Participate in rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
