Tenet Physician Resources is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage the scheduling workflow, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. The role includes acting as a stand-in for the Scheduling Supervisor when needed and upholding department policies.

Required: 1 year of scheduling experience and CPR certification, with an Associate degree or equivalent. A BS in a related field is preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year scheduling experience required; supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all shift-based scheduling activities within the Scheduling Department.
• Provides oversight in the absence of the Scheduling Supervisor or Manager.
• Ensures quality and accuracy of work and timely production of shift reports.
