Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to join a client’s team in Merced. The role requires a proactive administrator who can manage inspections, dispatches, and service reports while delivering strong customer service.

You will support field technicians, coordinate with the Service Manager, and handle inquiries, billing questions, and payments. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with pay ranging from $19 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of office-based experience.
• Experience in Fire Protection Industry or Construction preferred but not required.
• Strong communication with customers and staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Schedule inspections and dispatches with customers.
• Input completed reports to third-party reporting agencies.
• Distribute service reports to customers and AHJ.
• Follow safety and environmental standards.
• Follow up with customers, fire department, technicians, and managers by phone, email, and fax.
• Handle customer requests including billing questions and payments.
• Support field technicians with service orders and invoicing.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager to dispatch service orders.
• Manage time and multitask through prioritization.
• Perform general clerical duties (copying, scanning, faxing, mailing).
• Maintain a professional demeanor.
