Fire Pros, LLC is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator in Michigan to manage appointment scheduling, route planning for 10+ technicians, and customer communications. You will gather inspection details, enter customer data, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, a track record in fast-paced environments, and a customer-focused mindset to support our fire protection services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced call center or dispatcher environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in a commercial services company preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet goals and deadlines.
• Proficiency with general office procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy talking to customers and building relationships.
• Goal oriented and motivated to meet department goals.
• Self-starter with strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments by calling a large customer database.
• Obtain information from customers for inspections.
• Data entry of customer information.
• Develop daily routes by geographic area for 10+ technicians that meet revenue expectations.
• Answer customer calls to schedule inspections, repairs and emergency services.
• Other duties may include filing, faxing, copying, etc.
• Ability to work well under pressure with multiple departments and personnel and be a team player.
• Must communicate very well with co-workers and customers.
