• Ability to organize efficient routes across Central Valley.
• Excellent data entry and professional phone communication.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts for upcoming and overdue inspections and services.
• Call customers to schedule inspections, repairs, and return visits.
• Create technician routes by grouping appointments to minimize travel time.
• Schedule work based on technician availability, service duration, customer access, and deadlines.
• Keep schedules productive by filling openings and cancellations.
• Track unscheduled accounts and confirm appointments.
• Provide technicians with accurate addresses, contact information, access instructions, and service details.
• Adjust routes for cancellations and urgent repairs.
• Coordinate return visits for deficiencies and corrections.
• Maintain scheduling records and notes.
• Answer calls and assist customers professionally.
• Update customer records and enter job costs in QuickBooks.
• Scan documents, maintain files, and assist with general office duties.
